You've Got Mail!

How does your "letter" read? II Cor. 3:2 You’ve Got Mail!!
I love getting letters by mail, don’t you? I always make a cup of Tea before I sit and read a letter. Some of our sweetest memories we have as a family are of my husband and sons racing to see who got the mail in first.
As cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country. Proverbs 25:25
God’s Word tell us that we are letters…and others are reading it.
Inasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the Epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. 2 Corinthians 3:3
What is an Epistle? Biblical speaking, it is a letter to a church or churches, and contain…. Instruction, blessing, warning, admonition and exhortation.
As a Christian, you are a living epistle of Christ.
If a ‘A picture is worth a thousand words,’ How much more true is it that how we live before others has a lot to say about what kind of people we truly are. As epistles or letters of Christ, our goal should be to live in such a way that we would bring glory to God.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16
Everyday, you are writing a letter to others by the way you act, think, talk, walk, etc…known and read of all men. 2 Corinthians 3:2.
How does your letter read? Does your letter bring joy and comfort to others? Does it bring Glory to God?
